Branch Executive

Job description:

Locations: Ayyanthole, Kodakara, Mala and Chenthrappinni

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Executive to do our branch operations at branches in Thrissur region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the NBFC or financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving business goals while ensuring superior customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months+ experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution
• Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
• Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
• Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring efficient functioning and compliance
• Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain and expand customer relationships within the local market
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to company policies
• Monitor branch performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
