Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management
: Oversee daily branch activities, including insurance claim processing, marketing, auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting.
Team Leadership
: Hire, train, and monitor the performance of insurance agents, providing guidance on complex issues.
Sales and Marketing
: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets and drive new business through marketing activities.
Client Relationship Management
: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Compliance and Reporting
: Ensure branch operations comply with industry regulations and provide updates to the regional manager on operating results, insurance trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance brokerage management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service abilities.
In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and market dynamics.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
