Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Branch Coordinator to join our team. The Branch Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth branch operations, client interactions, and coordination between teams.

This position is especially suited for candidates who have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Assist in the overall administration and day-to-day coordination of branch operations.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and branch events.
• Handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and polite manner.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for internal and external reporting.
• Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support internal communication and promote a collaborative, positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
