Job Description

Oversee P&L management for the branch, ensuring profitability across products (loans, deposits, insurance). Lead a team of relationship managers, tellers, and operations staff to achieve targets. Drive customer acquisition and retention through localized marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and operational risk guidelines. Monitor branch NPA levels and collaborate with collections teams for recoveries. Approve high-value transactions within delegated authority limits. Conduct monthly performance reviews and staff training sessions. Liaise with regional offices for policy implementation and audits. Resolve escalated customer complaints and service disruptions. Analyze market competition and recommend product/pricing adjustments.
