Branch Banking Operation

You will be responsible for processing and managing flows through a special account from an operational standpoint, including NEFT, RTGS, and other banking transactions. Your role will involve handling queries related to the operational mechanism for a specific mandate involving NEFT, RTGS, and other banking transaction processing. It is essential to have a background in accounting and be proficient in Microsoft Excel for managing detailed spreadsheets with attention to numbers. You will also be analyzing and improving various transactional reports and customer advices, performing reconciliation processes, and assisting in reviewing/developing Department Operating Instructions while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. In addition, you will handle query resolution for external and internal stakeholders regarding NEFT and RTGS transactions, prepare management reports, and have knowledge of regulatory reporting. Building effective relationships with direct reports, senior management, internal and external customers is crucial. You will need to constantly monitor team productivity, ensure effective backups, and maintain transparency in the employee assessment process. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Special Purpose Current Accounts, NEFT, RTGS, and other banking transactions - Background as an Accountant or in the Finance function is a plus - Ability to learn new products - Strong team player with experience in reconciliation processes and regulatory knowledge Please note that this is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person at the specified location.,
