Position Overview

Cell Leader New Product & Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quality plans for supplier parts and conduct receiving inspections
• Inspect supplier parts, clear goods receipts in SAP, and raise inspection tags
• Coordinate with laboratory for material inspection and ensure timely clearance
• Analyze daily rejections, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Monitor in-process inspection activities and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct process capability studies, measurement system analysis, and layout inspections
• Verify effectiveness of Poka Yoke through audits
• Maintain 5S, TPM, and quality systems in inspection areas
• Prepare SOPs for inspection activities and provide feedback on new/modified parts
• Manage calibration of instruments and gauges
• Prepare reports on rework/rejections and share with module leader
• Train cell members on inspection activities and ensure discipline and time management

• Customer-specific requirements (e.g., Ford Q1)

Educational Qualification:

• DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
