Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Broadband Sales Executive to promote and sell high-speed internet (broadband) services to residential and/or commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell broadband internet packages to new and existing customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, field sales, or tele-calling
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and update customer records and daily sales reports
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and benefits
• Coordinate with technical teams for installation and service activation
• Handle post-sale customer queries and support to ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years in broadband, telecom, or field sales (Freshers can apply)
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Persuasive and customer-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of broadband/internet services
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Other: Should own a smartphone; two-wheeler is a plus for field roles
