SKC Asra is an IRDAI-licensed composite insurance broker offering Life, General & Reinsurance solutions with a strong domestic presence and global vision.

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Broker Qualified Person (BQP) with strong sales and marketing experience to promote insurance products, acquire new clients, and provide complete support throughout the policy lifecycle. (IRDAI BQP certification can be completed after joining.)

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch Life & General Insurance products to individuals and corporates.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals & marketing activities.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate for policy issuance, renewals & claim support.
• Maintain CRM entries and client records accurately.

Qualifications

• MBA/BBA in Marketing preferred
• Graduates with strong sales/marketing experience may apply
• IRDAI BQP certification (post-selection allowed)

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong marketing, pitching & client-handling ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good MS Office & CRM knowledge
