Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential users registered on our matrimony platform.
• Explain the benefits of premium membership and encourage users to upgrade.
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
• Follow up on leads and ensure proper communication and conversion.
• Maintain daily call logs and share updates with the team lead or manager.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi/English (any two languages preferred).
• Pleasant and convincing telephone etiquette.
• Confident, target-driven, and self-disciplined.
• Basic smartphone or computer usage for call tracking and reporting.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or matrimony services is an advantage (not mandatory).
