In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries and issues related to printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your duties will include diagnosing technical problems, recommending appropriate solutions, and promoting technical support plans and software packages to customers. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to independently handle customer calls from start to finish. A solid understanding of blue screen errors, pop-up calls, and troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, as well as Apple products like Mac, iPhone, and iPad, is essential for this role. As a Tech Support Associate, you will be offered a competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with lucrative incentives. The position requires working in US Shifts for 6 days a week, providing you with fixed monthly salary deposits, attractive incentives, and additional benefits such as 24 leaves per year, comp offs, and birthday leaves.
