Job Title: Insurance Sales (TATA Insurance – Term & Non-Term Products) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Insurance / Financial Services Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift Weekly Off: One Rotational Off Who Can Apply: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: Freshers with excellent verbal communication skills Candidates with BPO or customer service experience and average communication skills Individuals who are confident, persuasive, and eager to learn Candidates who are comfortable working in a sales and target-driven environment Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell TATA’s Term and Non-Term insurance products to potential customers Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships Skills Required: Strong verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, or English Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement Ability to work independently and collaboratively Good listening and problem-solving skills Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Salary and Incentives: The monthly in-hand salary ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹17,000.
