Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven BPO Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound/inbound sales processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing agents on sales techniques, scripts, and processes.
  • Deliver training on communication, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills tailored for BPO sales.
  • Develop engaging training material including presentations, role-plays, mock calls, and assessments.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training through evaluations, call audits, and performance metrics.
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching and side-by-side monitoring to improve agent performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and implement refresher trainings as required.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to align training programs with business goals.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and customer behavior to enhance training content.
  • Prepare training reports and recommend strategies for improving sales productivity.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the BPO sales process (inbound/outbound calling, telesales, lead conversion).
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and influence trainees effectively.
  • An analytical mindset with ability to track training impact on performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and call monitoring tools.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in BPO Sales, with at least 1–2 years as a Sales Trainer.
  • Prior experience in outbound telesales or international sales campaigns preferred.
