Job Description

As an International Business Development Executive in the B2B International Sales team for the Australian market at Vision Tech, your role involves identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential business clients in Australia. You will conduct outbound sales calls, focus on lead conversion for B2B services, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Energy, Telecom, and Cyber Security sectors. Your goal will be to understand client requirements, offer customized solutions, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales reports and client databases, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, connect, and engage with potential business clients in Australia. - Conduct outbound sales calls and lead conversion for B2B services. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. - Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation. - Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and service delivery. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Graduate/Postgraduate - Experience: Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international BPO. - Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and strategies with a proven track record of exceeding targets. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage the customers. - Problem-Solving: Strong capability to resolve customer queries efficiently. - Motivated: A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
