Job Title: BPO Call Center Executive (ODIA LANGUAGE SPEAKING PERSON)

Job Profile:
The BPO Call Center Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. The role requires maintaining customer satisfaction, following communication scripts and process guidelines, and ensuring high-quality service delivery as per company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and respond to queries effectively.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, process workflows, and service protocols.

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills (Excel skills).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,050.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
