About the Role

International Blended Process (Voice & Non-Voice)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat for international clients.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Document conversations and update information in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex queries.
  • Meet defined quality standards and process KPIs.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate/B.Tech/B.E.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with

    24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends)

  • Willingness to work from office (Gurugram).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
