About the Role

International Blended Process (Voice & Non-Voice)

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat for international clients.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Document conversations and update information in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex queries.
Meet defined quality standards and process KPIs.

Requirements

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate/B.Tech/B.E.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Comfortable with
24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends)
.
Willingness to work from office (Gurugram).
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach.
