Position Overview:

• Job Title: International Customer Support Executive
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Process: Voice + Non-Voice (Chat/Email)
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)
• Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & process)
• Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)

Skills:

• Strong English (verbal & written)
• Customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Relocation: Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer interactions via voice calls, emails, or live chat
• Understand and resolve queries professionally and empathetically
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain issue logs
• Meet performance benchmarks (quality, speed, customer satisfaction)
• Work collaboratively with team leads, trainers, and QA teams
