Job Summary

As a Domestic Voice Process Executive, your main role will be to assist customers by phone. You will be the primary contact point for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring they are satisfied. You will mainly handle incoming calls, answer questions, and provide accurate information about our products and services. This role involves managing a high number of calls each day.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Provide correct information about our products, services, and company policies.
• Solve customer issues efficiently and quickly.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company procedures and guidelines for customer communication.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals for call handling.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company information.
• Work effectively from home in a quiet environment free from distractions.
• Handle a daily call volume of 250-280 calls.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are preferred.
• Good listening skills and ability to solve problems.
• Maintain a calm and professional attitude, especially during challenging customer interactions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new computer systems (like CRM software).
• Effective time management and organizational skills to manage a large number of calls efficiently.
