Safiya Travels is looking for BPO / Call Center to join our team
Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients and employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a BPO/Call Center environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
