BPM - Pega Senior System Architect - Senior

Key Responsibilities: - Work effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating managers on task progress - Strive to exceed client and team expectations, working on increasingly complex assignments - Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and onsite personnel - Ensure timely delivery of allocated tasks - Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing status updates - Engage in design, development, QA, deployment, and support as required - Adhere to EY policies and procedures such as Timesheet and Leaves management - Ensure compliance with quality protocols specified for the project - Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases to deliver high-quality results - Build Technical Assets and Accelerators Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform - Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations - Good understanding of Pega Constellation and optimizing workflows with Pega Agentic AI - Knowledge of Pega Cloud, SWIFT MX, MT Message Processing, Integration modules, Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models, Reporting, Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors, and UI/UX & Portals development rules - Familiarity with Pega application performance tuning, Best Practices, and project implementation methodologies - Certified CSSA OR CLSA Part1 - Hands-on experience in Smart Dispute (SD) or Smart Investigate Frameworks - B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp.
