Boutique Assistant / Retail Assistant

About Us: We are a boutique specializing in women’s wear, offering custom stitching, designing, and handwork services. Our focus is on personalized fashion with unique craftsmanship. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team and grow with us. --- Job Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting designs, fabrics, and color combinations based on their body type and preferences. Provide styling suggestions and stay updated with current fashion trends. Coordinate stitching, designing, and handwork requirements as per client orders. Source fabric, accessories, and raw material from local markets — must be comfortable with local travel (scooty driving required). Manage day-to-day boutique operations and handle walk-in customers. Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups. Take charge of the boutique in the owner’s absence. (Optional but preferred) Assist in basic stitching, finishing, or supervising tailors/karigars. --- Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or recent pass-outs from fashion designing institutes. Individuals who are passionate about fashion and eager to learn practically. Candidates with a good sense of color coordination, styling, and aesthetics. Must know how to drive a scooty for local sourcing work. Stitching knowledge will be an added advantage but not mandatory. --- Skills & Qualities Needed: Friendly and confident in interacting with customers. Creativity with attention to detail. Responsible, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
