botany faculty UPSC/NEET

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Botany Faculty to join our UPSC preparation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Botany optional subject as per UPSC Civil Services Examination standards, guiding aspirants with conceptual clarity, and providing exam-oriented strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Botany optional subject for UPSC aspirants (both classroom & online).
• Design and deliver well-structured lectures, study material, and test series.
• Simplify complex concepts for better understanding and retention.
• Mentor students individually, addressing doubts and providing academic guidance.
• Develop updated content aligned with UPSC syllabus and recent trends.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep track of UPSC exam patterns, previous year trends, and integrate them into teaching.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s/PhD in Botany or related discipline from a reputed university.
• Strong command over UPSC Botany optional syllabus.
• Prior teaching experience in UPSC coaching (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students towards success.
