`Duties & Responsibilities

Implement and follow all HSE and Quality instructions in operations.Operation and routine maintenance of robotOperation and maintenance of spray equipment like HVOF, Plasma, Flame sprayOperation and maintenance of gas bank following Oerlikon HSE standardsMaintain hygiene, 5 S and house-keeping in production areaAssist shift leader in daily production activitiesHandling and Cleaning of substratesFixturing and de-fixturingGrit Blasting of substrates, fixtures and machine partsFixture maintenance - disassemble and assemblingSupport application development for new componentsUpdate and Maintain documents and records for production, HSE and Quality

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge

• Diploma / ITI in science/ engineering.
• 1 to 4 years experienced of working on Thermal Spray machine, operating experience in ABB robot operation for thermal spray
