Job Description

Key Responsibilities Weekly Founder Sessions: Conduct structured weekly meetings to capture and distill the founder’s ideas, stories, and insights into clear, actionable content outlines. Content Structuring: Organize raw material into coherent frameworks, chapter outlines, and themes aligned with the book’s purpose and voice. Editorial Oversight: Collaborate with writers, editors, or ghostwriters (if applicable) to ensure content fidelity, consistency, and flow. Project Management: Build and manage the book development timeline, including milestones, drafts, edits, and approvals. Research & Support: Provide background research or fact-checking to support anecdotes, claims, or concepts in the book. Creative Direction: Offer input on tone, style, and storytelling structure to align with the founder’s voice and target audience. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with publishers, editors, designers, and other vendors as needed throughout the publishing process. Documentation: Maintain detailed notes, recordings, and archives of all conversations and decisions related to the book project.
