As a HIA Spend Transparency Reporting Analyst at PwC, you will be responsible for supporting multiple transparency projects as part of the PwC Center of Excellence model. Your main duties will include loading and monitoring data feeds, liaising with client third-party vendors for data submission, performing data remediation and cleansing of transactional and recipient data based on local, national, and international transparency regulations. You will also be expected to conduct client follow-ups for missing or incomplete information, generate draft and final disclosure reports, perform QC checks, and conduct other data analysis as required. All these responsibilities must be completed within tight SLA timelines and reporting deadlines. Other responsibilities that may fall under your role include learning and utilizing PwC's proprietary technology for data management and reporting activities, reviewing and categorizing invoice items, requesting missing information from clients, working with various teams to ensure project delivery, performing data analytics using tools like Power BI, standardizing processes, creating deliverables ahead of deadlines, acting as a POC for reports and follow-up activities, and any other duties that are pertinent to the role. The preferred qualifications for this position include being a graduate (MBA, B.Tech, or equivalent) with experience in regulated and process-driven industries. You should possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills, good communication abilities, quick learning aptitude, articulate skills, and good decision-making capabilities. Exposure to global spend transparency regulations and related data sets would be a strong advantage.
