I had bought a trimmer. One of the extention was missing. Booked a replacement. Waiting from so long, no updates from the company. Costomer care is pathetic. Call and WhatsApp doesn't work. They don't even reply to emails. Money is also not refunded. I'm writing this after multiple followups. Very bad service.
