Had purchased a head shaver directly from the website . Worked well for 4-5 days but later stopped charging . WHATS WORSE , the customer care department is almost non existent and I recd a small email after a few weeks of my complaint and they are yet to resolve the matter . Poor way to satisfy a customer.
