Job Description

Job Title: BOM Specialist

Qualification:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

3 to 6
years of experience in Bill of Material (BOM) management within the automotive industry.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a BOM or related department at an OEM.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation, validation, and management of Bill of Materials in PLM/SAP systems.
Ensure accurate BOM entries for vehicle production and support technical releases.
Maintain product data management
Address and resolve BOM-related queries from cross-functional teams.
Support stakeholder communication and coordination across departments.

System Expertise (Preferred):

PLM, SAP, Teamcenter
Product Data Management tools
Familiarity with systems such as TI-Syncro, TIS-Check, AVON, KVS, Konstruktery, CONNECT is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective stakeholder management
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
