Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Education: ITI or Diploma with B or C Class Certification

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Evaporator Operator to join our team at ISMPL. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with evaporator systems used in chemical or metal processing industries. This is a key operational role requiring precision, consistency, and safety adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor evaporator units as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain optimal process parameters for consistent output
• Handle routine cleaning, startup, and shutdown procedures
• Maintain detailed logs and operation records
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for timely upkeep
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance at all times

Key Requirements

• 10–12 years of hands-on experience operating evaporator systems
• ITI or Diploma in a relevant trade
• Valid B or C Class Certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of chemical/metal plant operations
• Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing process efficiency
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
• Experience in chemical, metal, or process plants preferred
