Boiler Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to join our team in the Coir industry. As a Boiler Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our steam and hot water boiler systems. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and oversee boiler equipment, ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. You will monitor boiler pressure gauges, water levels, and temperatures, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance. The ideal candidate should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, an understanding of operational efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Adjust controls to regulate steam pressure and water levels as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of boiler operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with boiler performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to conduct repairs and upgrades to systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training in boiler operation preferred.
• Proven experience as a boiler operator or similar role in the machinery industry.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with an understanding of boiler systems and components.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in boiler operation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
