Bodyshop In-Charge

The Bodyshop In-Charge position is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. As the Bodyshop In-Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the auto body repair shop. Your duties will include managing staff and workflow, ensuring quality control, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. In addition, you will be involved in inventory management, coordinating with insurance companies, and leading the training and development of team members. To excel in this role, you should have experience in auto body repair, specifically in denting, painting, and refinishing. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, as well as an understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. You should be capable of coordinating with insurance companies and other stakeholders, as well as maintaining and operating bodyshop equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for this position, and additional technical training or certification would be considered a plus.,
