Body shop incharge- Automobile

As the Body Shop Incharge, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the body shop operations, ensuring high-quality repair services, timely delivery of vehicles, and an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee a team of technicians and ensure adherence to Honda’s standards of excellence in all body repair and service work.

• Supervise Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the body shop, including vehicle intake, repair processes, quality control, and final delivery.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of technicians and support staff to ensure maximum productivity and quality output.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all body repairs meet Honda’s quality standards and are completed to customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts, tools, and materials used in repairs. Order and maintain inventory levels as required.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, progress updates, and completion timelines. Address any customer concerns or feedback professionally.
• Cost Control: Monitor repair costs and ensure jobs are completed within budget without compromising quality or safety.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, workshop regulations, and Honda’s operational policies.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all work performed, repairs, and parts used, and submit regular reports to management on workshop performance and financial status.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
