Body Shop Advisor – Automobile Industry

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Advisor with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in the automobile industry. The Body Shop Advisor will act as the primary liaison between customers and the body shop team, ensuring smooth workflow, accurate repair estimates, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle repair needs, and provide professional advice
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for body and paint work, including labor and parts costs
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and documentation
• Schedule repair jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct post-repair inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate repair status updates to customers and resolve queries or complaints
• Maintain records of jobs, invoices, and customer interactions for reporting purposes
• Work closely with technicians, painters, and workshop supervisors to ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in body shop operations or advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of collision repair, paint processes, and insurance claim procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage workflow effectively

Salary:Negotiable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
