We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Board developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Board international application, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and infrastructure to support our applications and services. Board application tool management including development and support. Board application installation and configuration. License key generation and configuration for board application. Release management for board application. End-to -End application maintenance and enhancements management handling. Production support including on-call support as required. IT service management with and incident management. Infrastructure and application support for third party vendor application. Documentation of requirements and other project specific with tools like jira, confluence, etc. . Access management for the application with tools windows Active Directory. Timely adherence to all the HSBC controls that are applied to the service. You will set out a vision and roadmap for your platform while engaging with customers, stakeholders and users to understand their perspectives and feedback. You will be a product and agile evangelist organizing around value and lean principles. You will need to get the root of technology challenges, understand them and chart a solution using the people, tools and resources available to you. Service resilience activities like Backup and disaster Recovery Testing. Understanding the business requirements and delivering the output. Documentation which would be useful for audit purpose. Control-M on boarding and monitoring the batch jobs. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Experience in Board application tool knowledge. Experience with End-to-End infrastructure for service Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Process-oriented with great documentation skills. Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service Linux Fundamentals. Bachelor s degree in information technology. 10+ years of experience in windows administration, Infrastructure and Board development, or related roles. Work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Collaborative and innovative work environment.
