BMS & IBMS Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated BMS & IBMS Operator/Engineer to join our team at Genome Valley, Hyderabad. This role focuses on maintaining and operating Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), which include fire alarms, access control, CCTV, public addressing (PA) systems, and door interlocking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BMS fieldwork, particularly with Siemens/ Honeywell systems, and a proactive approach to ensuring efficient and safe building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission BMS and IBMS solutions, including fire alarms, access control, CCTV, public address systems, and door interlocking.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of integrated building systems.
• Utilize BMS platforms to monitor and control HVAC and other building functions.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Conduct system testing to verify compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to shift timings and on-site safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in BMS and IBMS systems.
• Hands-on experience with Honeywell/ Siemens BMS systems
• Practical experience with fire alarm systems
• Familiarity with IBMS components: fire alarms, access control, CCTV, public addressing systems, and door interlocking systems.
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet, BACnet, Modbus).
• Ability to work independently on-site and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or regulatory environments with a solid understanding of documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with BMS solutions.
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, Bosch public addressing systems, and door interlocking systems.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Location:

On-site at Genome Valley, Shamirpet, Hyderabad – Full-time on-site role with no remote work.

Two openings for A shift and B shift.
