As an AIOps Platform Expertise, your role will involve in-depth hands-on experience with BMC Helix AIOps, including Situation Management, Root Cause Analysis, Noise Reduction, and Impact Service Modeling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define business service topology with impact weightage and dependency mapping using Service Blueprints. - Design and optimize AIOps correlation policies utilizing ML-based event correlation and situation scoring. - Gain a deep understanding of BHOM modules, data pipelines, and event ingestion architecture. - Define custom ML models or utilize BMC Helix GPT or Cognitive Services for automated event resolution or best action recommendations. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess deep knowledge of cross-platform integrations between BHOM and multiple monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, and Splunk. - Experience with event and metric ingestion pipelines including Kafka, REST APIs, and webhook configurations. - Design and implement auto-remediation workflows using BMC Helix Automation, Runbooks, or third-party automation tools like Ansible and Jenkins. - Hands-on experience in integrating AIOps with ITSM for incident creation, assignment, and resolution automation. - Ability to define AIOps operational playbooks for Level 1 and Level 2 operations teams.
