Experience: 8+ Years Job Description 8+ Years experience in Designing, architecting and implementing IT Operations Management, Discovery, Monitoring, and AIOps solutions Experience of implementing BMC Helix ITOM / ITSM for at least 1 customer Design, Engineering and development experience on AIOPS and analytics solutions Deep understanding of event management, service modelling, CMDB & AI/ML models Strong understanding and experience on Machine Learning algorithms?for?various AIOPS use cases such as classification, clustering, and anomaly detections. Working knowledge and understanding on development of?ML?models based on a widely used variety of?ML?algorithms like classifier algorithms (Linear, Logistics, decision tree, Na ve Bayes, Support Vector, KNN, Random?forest), clustering / outlier algorithms (K-means, mean-shitfing, DBSCAN, GMM, Hierarchical Clustering, etc), neural networks (ANN, RNN, etc) Development experience on?ML/NLP algorithms?for?IT Operations use cases. Strong prior experience on development and or/implementation of ITOM, ITSM and APM tools like OpenText OpsBridge, IBM Netcool, Sciencelogic, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, OTRS, CA APM, Appdynamics, Dynatrace, ServiceNow Orchestrator, BMC Atrium Orchestrator, OpenText Operations Orchestrator Strong experience and background of IT Operations Management processes, IT Service Management Strong understanding of IT Operations Automation concepts such as Orchestration, Workload or Job Automation Strong understanding of Cloud & infrastructure technologies such as virtualization, hyper converged infrastructure, as-a-service, Software defined networks, servers, and storages
