Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Blue Collar / Manpower Recruiter based in Jaipur. The recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of blue-collar workforce to support operational requirements across Pan-India locations.

Job Responsibilities

• End-to-end blue-collar & labour hiring (Pan-India)
• Bulk hiring for warehouse, logistics, drivers, helpers & site labour
• Field sourcing, vendor management & local network coordination
• Achieve daily & monthly hiring targets
• Maintain hiring MIS and reports

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in blue-collar / manpower recruitment
• Strong vendor & field hiring network
• Experience in bulk & target-based closures
• Immediate joiner preferred
