1. Perform the tests requiring special skills.
2. Stores Management and stocks maintenance.
3. Maintenance of master register and records as per the drug act.
4. Maintenance of equipment.
5. To perform all technical work relevant to Transfusion Medicine.
6. To perform different tests using automated systems.
7. To perform all serological & immunological tests including ELISA, Rapid & PCR etc.
8. Responsible for proper running and management of equipment supply, HIS, material and coordinate with Biomedical Engineering, IT and Materials Department for maintenance of equipment and supply of material.
9. Involve quality assurance and quality control activities.
10. Responsible for inventory management of blood
11. Day to day quality management of chemical and request used in department
12. To supervisor of donor blood collection and make a data of donor
