Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Blood Bank Laboratory Technician located in

Bahrain

. The Blood Bank Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing laboratory tests related to blood banking, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met, and interpreting laboratory results. Additional duties include managing inventory, preparing blood components for transfusion, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

:1. Education: B.Sc. in Laboratory Technology / Diploma in Laboratory Technology (or equivalent)2. Skills: Good spoken English communication3. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a tertiary acute care hospital4. Contract: Two-year renewable5. Benefits: Paid annual leave, airfare, medical cover6. Medically Fit, No health issues

Qualifications

• Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine skills
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and handling Laboratory Equipment

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the healthcare or laboratory setting is a plus
