Job Opportunity: Executive – Block Making & Moulding (Ceramic/Sanitaryware Industry)
Location: Dewas, Madhya Pradesh
Department: Mould Production
Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in the ceramic or sanitaryware industry
Age Group: 25 – 30 years
Gender: Male

Qualification:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering
• Or any degree with relevant experience in ceramics/sanitary ware

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in mould production
• Oversee and manage the raw material lifecycle – from incoming to processing
• Ensure cost-effective production through waste reduction and improved material utilization
• Develop and optimize ceramic/sanitary ware recipes to improve yield
• Coordinate with the productivity team to enhance manpower efficiency
• Train, mentor, and evaluate frontline workers and supervisors

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the sanitaryware or ceramic manufacturing process
• Basic raw material understanding in the ceramics industry
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Organizational and leadership capabilities
• Practical, business-oriented approach with a drive for results
• Ability to interpret SOPs, maintenance instructions, and safety regulations
• Effective communication in English and Hindi
• Able to uphold and manage international standards in manufacturing practices
