Job Description

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily activities and client requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and client databases (CRM).
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, contracts, and sales-related documents.
  • Track sales orders, deliveries, and ensure timely updates to clients.
  • Work closely with accounts, service, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Support sales executives during client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
