Biostatistician I

As a Biostatistician I at Syneos Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead or other senior biostatisticians. You will work under the supervision of the Lead Biostatistician or other senior biostatistics personnel. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing or assisting in preparing statistical analysis plans (SAPs), collaborating with the sponsor if required. - Creating or reviewing programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures. - Reviewing annotated case report forms (CRFs), ensuring all data is captured as required to support a high-quality database. - Participating in the verification and quality control of project deliverables to meet expectations. - Assisting in other statistical responsibilities such as randomization and sample size estimation. - Managing scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects, adapting to changes in priorities. - Completing assigned activities within the timeframe allotted by the Lead Biostatistician. - Providing statistical programming support as needed. - Maintaining well-organized project documentation and ensuring inspection readiness. - Collaborating with others, assisting with projects and initiatives as necessary. - Performing other work-related duties as assigned, with minimal travel may be required. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline. - Minimal experience in clinical trials or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Programming experience, preferably in a clinical trials environment. - Knowledge of statistical design and analysis methodologies. - Ability to apply statistical concepts and communicate effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English language.
