Biostatistician I

As a Biostatistician I at Syneos Health, your role involves supporting lead or other senior biostatisticians under their supervision. You will collaborate with sponsors to prepare statistical analysis plans (SAPs), develop mock-up displays for tables, listings, and figures, and create or review programming specifications for analysis datasets. Your responsibilities also include reviewing study documentation, conducting quality control of project deliverables, and providing statistical programming support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare statistical analysis plans (SAPs) and develop mock-up displays under supervision - Create or review programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures - Review study documentation to ensure protocol criteria are met - Conduct quality control of project deliverables to meet expectations - Assist in other statistical responsibilities as needed - Manage scheduling and adapt to timeline changes - Complete assigned activities within allotted timeframes - Provide statistical programming support - Follow applicable SOPs, WIs, and regulatory guidelines - Maintain organized project documentation and verification/quality control documents - Assist with projects and initiatives as necessary - Perform other work-related duties as assigned - Minimal travel may be required Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline - Minimal experience in clinical trials or equivalent education and experience - Programming experience, preferably in a clinical trials environment - Knowledge of statistical design and analysis methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to apply statistical concepts and communicate effectively - Proficiency in English language At Syneos Health, we are committed to developing our employees through career progression, supportive management, training programs, and total rewards.
