Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Trainee located in Kozhikode. The Biomedical Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of biomedical equipment. Daily tasks include monitoring the functionality of medical devices, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with medical staff to ensure equipment is used correctly and safely, as well as maintaining accurate records of equipment status and repairs.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with biomedical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration
• Understanding of medical device safety standards and compliance regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or training in biomedical equipment maintenance is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
