Biomedical Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-centric Biomedical Engineer to join our wellness clinic team. The role involves delivering treatments using advanced wellness machines (80%) and ensuring proper machine handling, maintenance, and calibration (20%). The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Execution (80%)

• Perform client treatments using wellness, physiotherapy medical devices as per protocols.
• Explain procedures, treatment benefits, and post-care guidelines to clients.
• Ensure client safety and comfort throughout each session.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and update client files.
• Monitor treatment progress and follow up as required.

Machine Handling & Technical Support (20%)

• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot biomedical equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks on devices.
• Coordinate with service providers or vendors for repairs or technical support.
• Ensure all machines comply with safety and operational standards.
• Manage consumables and equipment inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Biomedical Engineering
• Prior experience in a wellness clinic, physiotherapy centre, is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of medical/wellness devices and their applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Work Environment

• Wellness clinic & healthcare setup.
• Direct interaction with clients on a daily basis.

Requires adherence to hygiene, safety and clinical protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
