**Key Responsibilities:** Plan and deliver comprehensive biology lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum. Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance student understanding. Conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and investigations to reinforce theoretical concepts. Assess student learning through quizzes, tests, projects, and other forms of assessment. Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth and development. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and support interdisciplinary learning. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic concerns. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events as required. **Qualifications and Skills:** Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field (Master's degree preferred). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting. Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
