Position Overview:
We are inviting passionate and experienced Biology Faculty to join our NEET academic team. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the Class 11 and 12 Biology syllabus, be capable of delivering engaging lessons, and guide students effectively through the NEET preparation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Biology (Botany & Zoology) for NEET aspirants (Classes 11 & 12).
• Prepare and deliver high-quality, syllabus-aligned lectures and study material.
• Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and revision sessions.
• Address student doubts with clarity and provide individual attention where needed.
• Continuously evaluate student performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Keep up with the latest trends, syllabus updates, and NEET exam patterns.
• Work collaboratively with other faculty to ensure holistic student development.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Biology, Botany, Zoology, or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of NEET coaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to explain concepts in a simple, effective way.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Passionate about student success and competitive exam coaching.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with top-tier NEET institutes.
• Digital teaching proficiency (smart board, online platforms, etc.).
• Strong mentoring ability and motivational approach.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill set.
