Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Faculty with excellent communication skills to join our academic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively teach and engage students, ensuring conceptual clarity in both theory and practical aspects of Biology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Biology classes for PUC/Intermediate students.
• Deliver both theory and practical sessions with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Address student doubts and queries with patience and strong subject expertise.

Work Schedule

• Days: Wednesday & Saturday only
• Duration: 4 hours per day

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Ed. / Equivalent degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
• Experience: Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good teaching skills are welcome; prior teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding.
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.

Key Requirements

• Should be an immediate joiner.
• Should be based in or willing to commute to Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
