Job Title: Documentary Officer Location: Sri Edu Foundation, Chamarajpet, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Experience: Fresher to 1 year Job Description: We are looking for a Documentary Officer with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to support the documentation and administrative functions at our Chamarajpet campus. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling institutional documents with confidentiality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, organize, and update student and staff records (both digital and physical). Draft and process official letters, certificates, reports, and notices. Assist with filing, scanning, and record-keeping systems. Coordinate with departments to collect and verify documentation. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all records and reports. Handle document-related queries and follow-ups. Support the admin team in day-to-day operations as needed. Candidate Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Immediate availability to join.
