Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Biology Tutor who can teach Class XI and XII Biology concepts in an engaging and exam-focused manner. The candidate should have strong subject command and a flair for simplifying complex topics to help students excel in nursing entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Zoology and Botany topics from Class XI & XII syllabus aligned with nursing entrance exam patterns.
• Deliver offline and/or online classes using interactive teaching methodologies.
• Develop study materials, mock tests, and revision notes for entrance exam preparation.
• Conduct weekly assessments and track student performance.
• Hold doubt-clearing sessions to ensure conceptual clarity.
• Coordinate with the academic team to maintain content accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated with changes in entrance exam trends and question formats.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Prior teaching experience in Biology for entrance exams or school-level (preferred).
• Core Competencies:
• Excellent command over Biology concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
• Familiarity with NEET / B.Sc. Nursing exam trends will be an added advantage.

Employment Type:

• Part-Time / Full-Time / Contractual (Flexible options available)

Location:

Kanika’s Nursing Academy, Chandigarh

Remuneration:

• Competitive and commensurate with experience and performance.

(Indicative range: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month for part-time engagement)
